I utilize the disarming and pure-hearted dog-archetype and create small artworks based on family photos, as I remember, imagine, and resonate with the past.

ステートメント
家族写真を手がかりに、そこに写る人や、その一瞬に思いを巡らせながら絵を描いている。ふと心に留まる一枚を見つけ、その人物を、人に似ていて、けれどもっと無垢な犬の姿へと置き換える。犬は私にとって、理想の人間性を映す器でもあり、人と犬の境界にいるような存在だ。絵をご覧になった方が、ご自身の記憶や、日々の小さな尊さにそっと触れるきっかけになれば嬉しい。
